This listing is for an exquisite vintage brooch by Coro from the mid-1940s. Measuring 3 1/4" long and 1 1/2" at its widest, the brooch features three floral stems held by a sterling silver ribbon with a vermeil wash. But the stars of this show are the incredible deep blue sapphire rhinestones at the tips of the stems and the center of the ribbon, further accented by tiny clear stones. And don't miss the beautiful prongs holding the flower buds. All stones are intact, the clasp is secure. There is wear to the vermeil finish so please check the photos. A beautiful example of the workmanship of Adolph Katz!
Coro designed and produced exceptional jewelry from 1901 until 1979 and, by the mid 1920s, was the largest producer of jewelry in the world.
Jewelry will be securely packaged in a gift box.
