Vintage Regency Black Rhinestone Floral Brooch with Japanned Finish

This listing is for a lovely vintage brooch by Regency. The domed, japanned metal brooch measures almost 2" in diameter and features two layers of rhinestones in both polished and matte finishes. The clasp is secure, all stones are intact, and it is in very good condition. A beautifully simple design!
